Great for emergency use of naltrexone. This cabinet is much heavier duty than I expected. The plastic is thick and feels very commercial grade, not flimsy at all. It’s also larger and deeper than I thought it would be, with plenty of room inside. It can easily hold more than two boxes of naloxone. I included a photo showing both the older prescription-only box and the newer OTC box for size reference.

The door opens and closes easily, and the gasket seal seems good. That said, the cabinet is really only waterproof once it’s mounted because of the screw holes in the back. Even then, I think it would have been better to include rubber washers for the mounting screws to help seal it better.

I also wish it came with plugs or caps for the mounting holes so it could still be waterproof while portable. That would make it useful for carrying to group events, sports, camping, or the beach instead of only wall mounting it.

Overall, I think it’s worth the money if you need something durable for commercial, public, or group settings. For home use, though, it may be larger than necessary. I personally would have preferred it just a little smaller.

This storage box came with a surprisingly extensive set of mounting hardware, which is great if you plan to install it permanently. In my case, I didn’t end up using the hardware due to how I needed it set up—but it was nice to have the option.
What worked really well for me is how easily it fit under my desk. It’s tucked out of the way but still accessible, which makes it ideal for something I may need quickly. It’s also very clearly marked, so there’s no confusion about what’s inside—something I really appreciate for quick access in the moment.
The design is simple and functional, making it easy to open and use without any hassle. The box itself feels sturdy and durable—not flimsy at all.
Overall, it’s a solid, practical option for keeping something important stored securely but within reach.

This is such a great unit to put outside in busy areas. It’s clear so you can see what’s inside and it is easily opened although it stays securely shut. It has attachment mechanism that looks very easy to attach. It has a gasket around the perimeter, which makes it waterproof and great for the outdoors.

The product seemed to work pretty well. I like that the product can hold a couple of boxes and is easy to install. I like that you can fit in a couple of the boxes vs one where you could only get one box. The product is also clear and comes with stickers so it is easy to identify that there is Narcan inside of it. I don’t think a lot of people will personally buy this for their house, but it would be great for a business or another group who would use it.

I do like that the product also does not require any effort to put it together. I would recommend this product since it is important to be able to easily find Narcan when needed

So impressed by the quality! I feel like everything was thought of with this! Between the paint for labeling being sandwiched between 2 layers of plastic, the heavy duty screws and the very good latch. The case has a pretty good rubber gasket seal and while I haven’t submerged it in water it absolutely is rain resistant if not water proof other than the screw holes. But even that was thought out carefully with the shape of the screw holes and the washers to create a seal from the inside. Very impressed with the attention to detail here.
