ONE YEAR WARRANTY POLICY 

We offer exchanges/replacements on defective products for up to one year.  We are serious about keeping our wonderful customers happy for the long term.  As long as we still offer your original purchase on this website, we will be happy to replace your failing product.  If we no longer have the same item, we can provide a similar product or a store credit.  

Please contact us in the "chat with us" box in the lower right right corner of our home page or email us at info@overdosekits.com.  We will respond within in 24 hours or sooner to resolve your issue.

REFUND

• Refunds are provided on items in lightly used condition within 90 days of purchase.
• All items should be returned in their original packaging with all of its parts.
• Once we receive the package, please allow our Returns Department 24-48hrs to process the return.
• You will be issued a Prepaid Return Label to use and you are responsible to ship the item back.
• You will then be emailed to confirm we have received the item and submitted a refund to your original payment method
• Please note refunds can take 2-5 business days to be processed by your financial institution
