Naloxone Magnetic Pouch Case for Overdose Response

Is a former first responder I can say that this case is well designed. There’s plenty of space for the medication and other necessities such ans bandages and guaze. The zippers appear to be water resistant and have a waterproof like liner. In addition, it has a loop for a carabiner making it readily accessible. It also has a sewn in magnet allowing you to attach it to the side of an emergency vehicle or anything metal. Inside as a bungee in a knitted pocket to separate components. Overall, it’s very portable easy to use and made to feel very durable. Definitely a value for the money or what it keep doing.

Got Naloxone through a local initiative and have added it to my emergency kit in my vehicle. But I didn't love the idea of it just floating around loose in the kit (or having to dig for it) so when I saw this I was stoked to order it because it not only keeps the Naloxone in a much easier-to-find case, it also gives me an easier-to-carry way of keeping it with me. It still fits inside the pocket of most of my pants (I'm a dude, so our pockets still tend to be normal sized), but if for some reason that wasn't an option then the carabiner allows me to just clip it on to a belt loop or a coat zipper or wherever. Basically, if I have some reason to think I might need to bring it with me, it's not hard to do so. And then it has the added feature of having a built in magnet on the back of the case. So, if someone in your household happens to utilize opioids (legal or otherwise), you can keep this easily accessible right on your fridge! The point is that this makes Naloxone easier to locate, and it has space for the little instruction card as well in case someone unfamiliar with the administration of Naloxone needs to review the little visual guide!

In terms of value, it's a little pricier than I'd like it to be as it was listed for $14.95 when I ordered it. I'd like something like this to be in the sub-$10 price range, but this is close enough and important enough that I'm not deducting a star for that because I still think this is important and the more we normalize having life-saving tools like Naloxone around, the better. This isn't normalizing opioid abuse, this is normalizing caring for our fellow humans and being able to help administer life-saving medication in the event of an overdose!

Great little bag to have so carry these meds in just in case you ever need them. The bright orange makes identifing it easy in a stressful situation and even more helpful is that it comes with instructions on how to use/apply the medicine. Well made of thick material and should hold up just fine in transport. This is one of those things you hopefully have and don't need as opposed to needing it and not having it.

I'll admit, this is a little niche--but exactly what I needed. I keep naloxone in my car and, until now, it was literally riding around in a cardboard box. Saw this, grabbed it, and instantly felt better about having something purpose-built instead of a makeshift setup.

Cons: It's pretty utilitarian--no bells or whistles, and that might feel "unusual" if you're used to more polished accessories. Also, it's on the larger side, which is great for visibility but could take up a bit more space if you're trying to tuck it away. I'll probably just toss it in the wheel well and call it a day.

Bottom line: If you carry naloxone and want a simple, visible, durable home for it in the car, this is perfect. Exactly the kind of practical upgrade that gives peace of mind.
