Easy to wear on my belt for work, fits 2 (4mg) narcans plus a pair of gloves comfortably. I only don’t like that once you open it everything falls out but otherwise I like that it keeps the narcan easily accessible on my belt or on my radio strap.

This pouch for naloxone is a very handy item to have. Its clear labeling and well thought out design will surely assist in saving lives. Its unfortunate the times we live in; the opioid epidemic claims more and more lives every day. For those of us who work or live around drug users, its more important than ever to carry naloxone (Narcan) with us everywhere we go, everyday. You never know when you'll encounter someone in need of assistance. This pouch makes that task that much easier. For people who work with drug users, it makes it easy to have Narcan available without having to fumble inside of a bag or risk forgetting to pack it. For drug users themselves, the clear labeling makes it easy for someone who might find them in the middle of an OD to find the life saving medication and the small size makes it convenient to wear on the outside of ones clothing or backpack, making it even easier to spot. The pouch is water resistant, which has obvious benefits, and inside has room for two nasal spray doses that are able to be strapped in so you don’t risk losing them. It comes with a handy carabiner for clipping to any convenient place. This is a really well made product and is an easy 5 stars. I would like to see an option for carrying a few doses of inject-able narcan, though, along with some needles. Having the option between nasal or inject-able is important, especially because sometimes people cant access the nasal narcan. All in all, I whole heartedly recommend this product for anyone who might encounter a drug user in their daily lives.

I got this as my wife's work mandates Naloxone be available and she is one of the keepers of that medication. However, it just sits in the drawer and might be difficult to find in an emergency. This kit is very clearly marked as what it is and so makes it easy to see. It has pockets inside where you can keep notes or instructions and that's a neat feature. It also came with a carabiner that you can hook to your belt if you want to carry it around. That was really nice to see. It's a perfect size in that it's large enough to hold what you need and yet small enough to carry, in your purse or on your belt without being hugely obtrusive. This was a really great item and I'd definitely get it again!
